I have had service for three years and I am happy for the most part. The app could use some updating. As for the customer service, Romeo is AWESOME!! He is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt to the service calls. He offers good advice and recommendations.

Our technician Gilbert Luna was very knowledgeable, spoke clearly, took time to explain in detail the system and went above and beyond to show me how to work the app on my phone. Gilbert was kind, respectful and I trusted him 100% in my home. Gilbert never rushed me and always addressed me with ma’am. I appreciated his dedication, hard work and his honesty.
